With the lockdown in full swing and three daunting weeks of isolation ahead of us, it can be easy to fall into an unhealthy routine - that being endless hours spent on the sofa scrolling through Netflix (we're all guilty, right?). Although we may not enjoy it, exercise is a critical component to keeping you both physically and mentally healthy along with helping to boost your mood. Whether you're a regular at the gym or haven't considered exercise since high school PE lessons, this 10 minute workout will ensure you stay active throughout lockdown - you may even find yourself enjoying it!
