Keep fit during Covid-19! by Lucy O'Flanagan


This is a quick HIIT workout that you can do anywhere and anytime at home, do it in the garden if the weather is on your side!


This routine consists of doing each exercise for 30 seconds, and repeating the whole thing 4 times.
